City of Spokane launches small business loan program

Spokane’s Community, Housing and Human Services Board is investing $100,000 in small businesses during the Stay Healthy, Stay Home Order. The funds come from Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) and will be available starting April 22.

Eligible businesses must:

  • Be located in the city of Spokane
  • Have a credit score of 640 or higher
  • Have reported a profit in 2019
  • Have been open a minimum of 24 months
