If I have chosen to temporarily close my restaurant or hotel do I need to notify the Liquor Control Board?

Liquor and Cannabis Board will not require a licensee to notify it of their temporary closures. If after the stay-at-home order is lifted and a licensee decides that they will not go back into business then, of course, notify the LCB.

If I have a beer wine & spirits license, where I am allowed to sell unopened bottles of wine and growlers to go, are we also allowed to deliver those with food orders?

Spirits/Beer/Wine licensees are allowed to sell unopened bottles of wine with pick-up orders and growlers to go with a temporary endorsement from the LCB. Delivery is not an option for this license type. For more information please review the article written here: https://wahospitality.org/blog/rules-for-delivering-beer-and-wine/
