[PPP] U.S. Small Business Administration shows you how to calculate forgiveness, 5.15.20

On May 15, the U.S. Small Business Administration issued new guidance for calculating your average full-time equivalency (FTE) employees during your applicable Paycheck Protection Program forgiveness period. Click here to do so on Pages 6-8 of the application.

This changes the way FTEs are calculated, and makes a provision for FTE reduction if you made a good-faith written offer to rehire an employee, which was rejected by the employee.
