Property tax due at the end of October

Property tax is due at the end of October, as the deferral period ends. The Washington Hospitality Association is exploring numerous options for property tax relief, unfortunately, all of them need a legislative solution, which requires the legislature to be in session. We’d like to remind members that any tax appeals will need to be filed in November and to consult with your tax accountant to determine if an appeal is appropriate given the changing economic circumstances.
