This new round of restrictions on restaurants has left many without a job and in need of financial assistance without much of the federal funding that was available during the last shutdown. The Employment Security Department of Washington State has updated resources for this new wave of restrictions.

SharedWork for employers/businesses

SharedWork allows employers to retain their employees at reduced hours without any penalty to their UI rates. This is a great tool for employers to use as an alternative to layoffs.
