Washington state adopting new CDC quarantine guidelines.
The Washington State Department of Health is adopting the new Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to reduce quarantine for people who have been exposed to coronavirus.
If a person has no symptoms, their quarantine can end after the tenth day. If a person receives a negative coronavirus test and has no symptoms, they can end quarantine after the seventh day, but they should get tested within 48 hours of that seventh day.
